Heat adaption and your inner light

For me, this is Method #1(a), however, your doubts of my sanity would have been confirmed if I started here. You might notice this post has two method numbers. This is because the whole series is so entangled that each part effects one another. No exception here, but especially important. In fact I'd like it if you thought this method before, during and after every method... this method is why I'm not scared of cancer anymore So you can read this method after #3(b) or after #6(b) and it will make sense It would have made sense from the beginning, but you wouldn't have believed me, and I would have lost your attention

Now it's a shame that this part is so far down the line because it's the most important if you live in uk, Europe, North America... in fact anywhere that you would struggle to be in 'cold only' water

Light is basically what's making EZ happen, and increasing cellular respiration ... UV, IR visible spectrum etc, all shinning on your skin and through your eyes During the summer and when we have a stronger sun, we're all happy days and there is EZ everywhere because the sun is out, it's warm, and we're comfortable being naked in it... we feel great, but you already knew you felt better in the summer A chunk of this feel good factor is down to EZ and the cascade of events that occur in tandem. The boundaries we are yet to find out But that's the summer...

Here's why I feel great in the winter...

It all revolves around light, but my inner light Think of the sun as external light and what I'm about to explain as your internal light

We are all omitting light all the time. For conception purposes, think about cop programmes, when you see the guy jump out the car then run across a field chased by the helicopter with 'infrared cameras' picking him up in the dark... well it's picking up the light that man is omitting - like all light, this light holds a lot of information (we will come back to why this in important in this case and how I'm going to start measuring people's health through something called a GDV camera)

When your internal thermostat feels the cold, it turns up that very same light the fugitive is omitting The cold triggers the heat creation signal through your thyroid and the brown fat engines are switched on. This is our bodies defence against the cold if you like to keep you safe during winter

Side note: brown fat is what babies are covered in. Babies are very good at regulating their temperature up, and very bad at regulating it down, because their biology is unaware of the invention of central heating. Over heating is believed to be the main cause of cot death. Due to babies being wrapped up too much, in over heated homes Eventually they adapt and lose their brown fat, and become cold adults, who then become addicted to their big coats, warm houses and wooly hats

The little cellular engines (mitochondria) start spinning in every cell to create a higher cellular voltage and more thermal infrared light that first keeps you warm

This is your inner light, your winter sunshine but there are many many benefits

As you can imagine, with brown fat in adults only being discovered in the last couple of years, we're far from knowing all the benefits of this magic, but we do know that producing our own heat won't happen if we have a boiler and radiators doing all the work for us...

could this be the reason behind epidemic levels of thyroid issues?

The main reason I feel great during winter though is down to all this internal light. My internal sun Whilst these cellular engines are spinning away and producing all this natural infrared light, the light in turn is restructuring my water plasma in every one of my cells.

The EZ water is increased, the cellular engines move closer together and give off an even bigger charge due to their electro magnetic nature, this is called mitochondria density and in about 10 years time, oncologist will have 'mitochondrial health' tattooed on their foreheads, and a big pink patch where they had 'Cancer is genetic' tattooed for the previous 100 years or so Maybe they'll change the name of the profession to something else more relevant and honest than 'oncologist' In my experience with oncologist, they know very little about 'Onco genes'

In fact I get the most resistance from doctors and oncologist for simplifying this whole Method, I try to give them credit and engage with them, yet it's hard to ignore two things 1. you make a living out of the confusion 2. When you have a hammer everything looks like a nail

Let's not even get into the detox effects or how focking good you look after doing it CT... takes lbs of you and makes you toned like you've been told you would be from going to the gym everyday for a year

The effects of producing inner light are immense and like I say, we will not be intelligent enough in our lifetimes to work them all out, but they are perfectly natural, beneficial and required for health, mental health and wellness Adaption sounds like a process taking too long for someone to endure cold while they wait - forget this thought , we're talking about something much much faster - like a switch... boom

Brown fat produces 300x more heat than white fat according to a study in Newcastle university, uk. This number is so big we might as well say white doesn't produce heat, and brown fat does

I have spent time with people in cold water and been able to talk them through the cold like a guided mediation on their first attempt, using a simple breathing technique before hand (see Method#9a) Highlighting all the reasons they can cope with the discomfort and embrace the cold - it's like magic

i've also watched people watch me in cold water and just the knowledge that 'someone else is doing it and it won't kill me' means they can go from 2 seconds to a a few minutes.

This is where understanding our pain threshold and what it's used for is necessary (see Method #9(b) mindfulness, visualisation and conquering pain)

This is the epicentre of mental strength, overcoming matter through mindful techniques (something my mum taught me as a kid under a different header), but more than anything just understanding what you're cable of - now if that's not a moto for life I don't know what is

Cold adaption, or heat adaption is the answer to a million of my problems ... I wonder how many of yours it will answer
